Happy New Year! The skiing season is well under way, and already the associated knee injuries are appearing in clinic. To reduce the risk of lower limb injuries use the FIFA 11+ or PEP programme protocols in the patient information section of the website. If you start these now the injury risk will be lowered within 4-6 weeks.

If you are unfortunate enough to be injured an early assessment is critical to allow potential repair of any injured ligaments. Initially Protect, Rest, Ice, Compress and Elevate  ( PRICE) then get in touch.
